• All postseason drivers will see their level totals reset to 2,000, with their playoff level totals then added in forward of the three-race Spherical of 16 that features Darlington Raceway, Kansas Speedway and Bristol Motor Speedway. Any playoff-eligible driver who wins a Spherical of 16 race is mechanically locked into the following spherical. Following the Bristol race, the drivers with the 4 lowest level totals (who haven’t received in that spherical) can be eradicated.
• To begin the Spherical of 12, all postseason drivers will see their level totals reset to three,000, with their playoff level totals then added in forward of the three-race spherical that features Texas Motor Speedway, Talladega Superspeedway and the Charlotte Motor Speedway Roval. Any playoff-eligible driver who wins a Spherical of 12 race is mechanically locked into the following spherical. Following the Charlotte race, the drivers with the 4 lowest level totals (who haven’t received in that spherical) can be eradicated.
• To begin the Spherical of 8, all postseason drivers will see their level totals reset to 4,000, with their playoff level totals then added in forward of the three-race spherical that features Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Homestead-Miami Speedway and Martinsville Speedway. Any playoff-eligible driver that wins a Spherical of 8 race is mechanically locked into the Championship 4. Following the Martinsville race, the drivers with the 4 lowest level totals (who haven’t received in that spherical) can be eradicated.
• The Championship 4 will see their level totals reset to five,000, solely playoff factors won’t be added in and these drivers won’t be awarded stage factors within the last race on Nov. 6 at Phoenix. The title winner would be the highest ending driver among the many 4 Championship-eligible drivers.
