Spring 2023 financial aid disbursed (for most students): Fafsa opens on october 1st each year. When completing the fafsa, be sure to select the appropriate fafsa year as there are two years available.

The federal deadline to file the fafsa differs from indiana’s, but you should file by the state’s deadline to ensure maximum financial aid consideration. The event is set for 2 pm (local time), february 27th, 2022. Although the state of indiana's filing deadline has passed, students can and should complete the fafsa at fafsa.gov or on the mystudentaid app to be considered for federal aid.
