I Bought An Open Box Gpu From Microcenter That Had A $10 Rebate.
It was just zip tied down at the corners to the foam. I looked at the gpu and it looks brand new except for the plastic peel taken off and no covers on pcie and dust plugs for video ports. He really did not care.
