Alex was born April 2, 1933, in Brookfield, the son of James and Mary Vuchak.

He leaves behind his spouse of 68 fantastic and loving years, Charlotte Lee Vuchak of Sharon, Pa.; three sons, Alan (Chris) Vuchak of York, S.C., Dan (Darlene) Vuchak of Rock Hill, S.C. and Jerry Vuchak and accomplice, Lance of Omaha, Neb. He departs six grandchildren, Kyle, Kevin, Lisa, Erin, Candice and Joshua; 14 great-grandchildren; and his brother, Andrew (Ana) Vuchak of Brookfield.

Alex graduated from Brookfield Excessive College in 1951, the place he served as class president and excelled in sports activities, turning into a standout in soccer, basketball and baseball.
